Questions and practical limits
Can it recover a forgotten PDF password?
No. The adapter requires a known password for decryption. It does not crack, guess or recover passwords, and it should not be used to bypass unauthorized access.
Is the downloaded file still password-protected?
The purpose of unlocking is to produce an unencrypted copy. Anyone who receives that copy may open it, so review where you save or share the result.
