Add text and images to a PDF
Place new content over PDF pages without sending the document to a server. Add a text note, insert an image or mark an area with a rectangle outline. This is an overlay editor: it cannot rewrite existing paragraphs or provide a full annotation workflow.

Add text annotations, an optional JPG or PNG image, or a rectangle outline to pages. Existing page content is not rewritten.
When this tool helps
- Add a short reference label to a finished PDF handout.
- Place an approved logo image on a document's cover page.
Questions and practical limits
Can I correct words already inside the PDF?
No. The editor adds new objects on top of a page; it does not replace or reflow existing text. Edit the source document for paragraph changes.
Can a rectangle hide confidential information safely?
No. An overlay is not secure removal of underlying content. Redact PDF uses a separate destructive image-based workflow, which still needs careful output review.
