Questions and practical limits
Can readers change spreadsheet formulas in the PDF?
The PDF is a page-based reading copy, not an editable workbook. Keep the original Excel file for formulas, calculations, sorting and future data updates.
Why might a sheet spread across too many pages?
Workbook print settings influence pagination. Review print areas, scaling and orientation in Excel, then inspect the converted pages; broad pagination fidelity has not been verified.
