Compare text in two PDFs
Look for wording differences between two PDF versions by comparing their extracted page text. The browser produces a text comparison report rather than a visual overlay. Image changes, formatting differences, automatic page alignment and scanned-text recognition are outside this comparison workflow.

Text-only comparison report. Images, layout changes and scanned pages are not compared.
When this tool helps
- Spot wording changes between two exported versions of a text document.
- Check whether a revised report contains altered paragraphs or added text.
Questions and practical limits
Can it highlight changed pictures or page design?
No. It compares extracted text, not page pixels or visual layout. A changed logo, color or diagram may not appear in the report.
Will inserting a page affect the comparison?
It can. Automatic page alignment is not implemented, so shifted page positions and text-extraction order can produce differences that need checking against the original documents.
